Incomplete — read this first
This notice is accurate about what the site does, but it is not finished: the registered entity behind Nth Cart is not named yet, and nor is the service that stores the waitlist. We would rather tell you that than put a placeholder company name here. If that matters to you before you hand over an email address, wait — or ask us at hello@nthcart.com and we’ll answer directly.
Short version: the only thing this website collects is what you type into the waitlist form. There are no cookies, no analytics and no trackers on it. We would rather tell you that plainly than bury it.
Who is responsible
Nth Cart is the data controller for this website. The registered legal entity and its address will be named here before we take signups at any scale; until then, a human answers every message. You can reach us at hello@nthcart.com.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we receive:
- Your email address. Required — it is the only way to tell you when early access opens.
- Your store URL. Optional. It only affects which batch you land in.
- The time you submitted, and your IP address. The IP is used transiently to rate-limit the form so it cannot be flooded. It is not stored alongside your email.
That is the complete list. We do not collect anything else, and nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other websites.
What we do with it
We email you once, when it is your turn to get access. There is no drip sequence and no newsletter. If Crowdwave never launches, we delete the list and tell you we did.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are self-hosted rather than pulled from a font CDN, so visiting this page does not tell any other company that you were here.
Who else sees it
Waitlist submissions are passed to the service we use to store the list. We will name that service here as soon as it is chosen — we are not going to describe a processor we have not picked yet. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we never will.
How long we keep it
Until Crowdwave launches and you have been invited, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nthcart.com and we will act on it within 30 days. You do not have to explain why, and asking will not cost you your place in the queue. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will email the list rather than quietly updating this page.
