These terms are not finished: the operating entity and the governing jurisdiction are not filled in yet. Rather than invent a company name to make the page look complete, we’ve left the gap visible. It will be closed before Crowdwave takes its first paying customer.
These terms cover this website and the Crowdwave waitlist. They do not cover the Crowdwave app itself — that is not released yet, and it will have its own terms when it is.
Who we are
This site is operated by the people building Nth Cart (“we”, “us”, “Nth Cart”). The registered entity and address will be named here once it exists.
Crowdwave is not released
Everything on this site describes software that is in development. The demos are real components running in your browser, but they are illustrations of intended behaviour, not a guarantee of what the released app will do. Features may change, and we may decide not to ship at all. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract to supply you with anything.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we will email you once when early access opens to you. It does not reserve a price, a plan, a launch date or a place — batches are our call, and we may invite people in whatever order makes the rollout safest. You can leave at any time by replying to any email we send, or by writing to hello@nthcart.com. Please give us an address that is actually yours.
Pricing
Any plan names on this site are indicative. There are deliberately no prices on this website: the numbers land with the App Store listing, and those will be the real ones.
Using this site
Use it normally. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not submit other people’s details to the form.
Our content
The text, design, code and artwork on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote or link to it with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale as your own.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
This website is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from joining the waitlist. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
The governing law and forum will be stated here alongside the registered entity. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always tells you when they last changed.
